CHAPTER 1
DRIVING POSITION AND WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
Many of the major problems in technical execution find their initial solution in understanding small details that make a big difference. And these details involve a frequently overlooked and forgotten aspect: a detailed understanding of riding position and the influence of weight distribution.
The action of braking depends not only on squeezing the lever or the type of brake we use. To be efficient and safe while braking, it is necessary to understand the factors involved in the process, both in terms of the forces exerted by our body and the actual lever pressure, eliminating fear and controlling the overall inertia.
PLEASE NOTE:
Our recommendation is to progress through the seminars from the beginning (Chapter 1) so as not to miss any of the key aspects involved in driving; however, you can sign up for the seminars in any order that interests you most.

CHAPTER 2
THE CURVES
Undoubtedly the most complex aspect of the technique, where countless variables come into play on every route. Understanding what happens on the terrain, why the bike responds the way it does, and how to use your body is vital to finding the desired balance of forces involved in each phase. Discover the keys to straight corners, banked corners, tight turns, and the famous hairpin bends.

We recommend progressing through the seminars from the basics (Chapter 1) to ensure you don’t miss any key details involved in riding. However, you can sign up for the seminars in any order that suits you best.
CHAPTER 3
ROCKS AND DROPS
Being aware of your body control and movement when encountering a change in terrain can simply mean the difference between a fall and enjoying yourself. Safety is easier to achieve when the transitions between the terrain and the bike are clear, allowing for conscious and appropriate body movement. In this section, we teach you not only how to descend or jump a step, but we also offer climbing techniques to improve your performance on technical trails or uphill steps.

We recommend progressing through the seminars from the basics (Chapter 1) to ensure you don’t miss any key aspects of riding. However, you can sign up for the seminars in any order that suits you best.
CHAPTER 4
JUMPS AND ABSORPTIONS
Flying is fun, but also dangerous, which is why we constantly emphasize that speed isn’t the only factor needed to learn how to jump obstacles. Understanding and mastering the necessary actions between the bike and your body, depending on the terrain, to navigate, minimize, or even absorb an obstacle, is, as always in our methodology, based on pure physics. Body movement is just as important as choosing your speed.
PLEASE NOTE:
We recommend progressing through the seminars from the beginning (Chapter 1) to fully grasp the key aspects of riding. However, you can sign up for the seminars in any order that suits you best.
